Catherine is a marketing graduate of ESG. She has nearly six years of experience in customer relations and negotiation. She worked as a Google Campaign Manager until February 2018, when she joined Radiance. Catherine practices hot yoga and loves to travel. She can spend hours talking about her cat, Nala, flattering her. She has been diving with sharks and has good memory of the experience.
Role in the agency
I am campaign coordinator. My role is to make my client's campaigns perform well. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and question what does and doesn't work for when it comes to results. I try to put myself in the shoes of my clients and manage their campaigns as if they were my own.
What is your vision of digital?
Digital is a personalized way to advertise and meet consumer expectations. I think that, eventually, traditional media will fade, or even disappear. For me, the future of the industry lies in voice research.
